This truly depends on your needs and what you want to prioritize.  Most cleaning professionals charge by the hours, so if cleaning is important to you, tidying up before your cleaner is encouraged.  This can give your cleaner extra time to focus on cleaning. In the end, what really matters is you’re you are satisfied with the service for the price you pay. 

No, you are not required to be home while cleaning. When you work with our team, you’ll develop a plan to have our team enter at the best time for you. Our team is screened and background-checked to provide you peace of mind. 

We are fully bonded and insured, meaning you can have peace of mind when we enter your home.

We use and bring all of our own supplies.   If you have preference for certain brand or type of product, mention them during booking. 

We are flexible. We understand that things come up and schedules change.  A Fresh Approach is ready to help whether it’s moving your appointment back a couple of hours, skipping a week or two while you’re away, or an unforeseen event, you’re never locked in.
